Why can't I open it even if I enter the correct password?(There may be a small number of customers who will experience this problem)
This is because the box is waterproof design, so the sealing is very good. If the box has been transported over long distances, the air pressure inside and outside the box will be different, which results in a failure to open; first, you can force to beat the box, break the vacuum environment, so that you can open the box; second, you can try to use a hair dryer with a hot wind blowing the box, make the air inside the box to expand and the air pressure to rise, this way will help you open the beach safe.
