Machine troubleshooting and precautions:
1. The red light flashes when the machine is on. Is the nozzle defective? There may be a problem with the chassis or motherboard. In this case, the buyer should first solve the error problem before buying the nozzle.
2. The machine cannot recognize the ink cartridge. The main reason for this situation is that the motherboard fuse is burned. Please replace the motherboard or replace the motherboard fuse.
3. Check the data cable for signs of crack/corrosion or burnout. If the data cable is broken or not plugged in properly, it will burn the nozzle and motherboard. Please check if your data cable is in good condition!
4. It is recommended that buyers use ink cartridges / ink / continuous supply as the life of the nozzle is directly connected to the ink. Maintenance is a technical job. If you do not know the technology, please find a professional master to install to cause unnecessary problems and loss.
Notes (very important):
1. It is normal that the print head has ink stains or slight scratches because we need to install the print head on the printer before delivery, and deliver the product only after confirming the normal function of the product.
