- Thanks to the dried mother dough, which is included in this special pizza flour mixture, the dough only needs to rest for 5 minutes and the long wait for the pizza dough to rise has finally come to an end. Instant pizza type 2: a semi-whole wheat pizza, ready in minutes.
- The mixture makes: In order to give the finished pizza its intense taste, a wonderful golden yellow colour and a very crispy crust, the precious dried mother sourdough from durum wheat has been added in addition to the soft wheat flour type 2. The wheat flour type 2 is a little refined semi-whole grain flour, less refined than e.g. that of type 0 or 00. As a result, more minerals are contained in the flour and it is darker.
- Place 500g instant pizza mix type 2 in a bowl, add 300ml of water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and knead well until dough is smooth and homogeneous. Leave the dough covered for 5 minutes. Grease your hands with a little olive oil and spread the dough on a previously oiled baking tray/pizza pan of 25 x 36 cm. Season the pizza to taste and at 210° approx. 22 minutes.
