DETAIL DESIGN: Double stitching design -- the stitching part is not easy to tear. Thicken the top and tail of the easy-to-wear cover to withstand more friction and extend its service life. Plus, compared with other boat cover, we adopt BAR-TACK stitches to snap the straps in place, reducing the possibility of wearing straps.
VENTILATION: Both sides of the tail are equipped with a ventilation system to prevent water vapor from gathering under the boat cover, keep the boat dry and extend the service life of the product.

Is the 1200D model fully 1200D throughout, or part of the cover?
The middle part of the cover is made with 1200D, and the end parts are made with 600D fabric. Inspired from many customer’s feedback, we upgraded the middle part fabric from 600D to 1200D to further improve the anti-tensile performance of our boat cover and decrease the possibility of fabric tearing on the windshield caused by the elements. Plus, bow and stern parts are double reinforced. So it won't tear easily at the sharp corner.
Is the fabric Waterproof?
Yes! Both 600D and 1200D Marine Grade Polyester can withstand up to 2000mm water pressure!
Is the fabric breathable?
Yes! It has two vents on the back and wind flows through very well.
Is the fabric tear-resistant?
Yes! 1200D fabric is much tearing resistant than 420D/600D/800D fabric in the market.
Why you upgraded top part of the cover from 600D fabric to 1200D?
Many Customer feedback that the upper part fabric tear easily due to the high force. So we upgraded the upper part from 600D to 1200D fabric to increase its force resistance.
Does the strap sewn on the cover?
No! There are 11 strap loops sewn on the fabric, you can put the strap and buckle through the strap loops. If the strap worn out, you can contact us for replacement.
Can i use this cover trailering?
Yes! The cover comes with 11 pcs tie-down straps and buckles to secure the cover firmly.
Can this cover be put on when the boat is moored in the water?
Yes! The side straps are specially designed as strap loop so that you can use the cover while mooring.
How to choose the correct size boat cover?
- Measure the center line length:
Straight measurement from bow to stern, not includes the motor. Make sure including tolerance for excessive bow rail heights, trolling motors, ladders, and transom platforms etc., DO NOT measure up and over the windshield
- Measure the beam width:
Straight measurement for the widest distance across the boat, flat line from side to side at the widest point on the hull. DO NOT measure up and over the windshield
- Move up to the next size if your measurement falls on maximum length.
