- There is a wide range of masking materials available for paint masks. It's essential to select the appropriate material for your specific application. This listing is specifically for Type "P" masking, which happens to be the most popular choice. The material used is 3mil thick and has an Ice Blue; matte finish, making it ideal for use with polycarbonate paints commonly used on RC bodies. Its flexibility enables easy application on contoured surfaces, ensuring precise masking.

- You will need to Weed the Excess Vinyl Material. All the Masks are Full Cut Sheets, which means you will need to remove the excess vinyl that you are not going to use. Remove The Outer Part Of The Design For The Male Design. Remove The Inner Part Of The Design For The Female Design. Adhere to a Clean Surface Prior to Painting. If the mask does not stick to your surface then the surface is not clean and/ or smooth. The adhesive is now contaminated and won't stick for painting.
- Make sure to purchase the correct Type of Paint Mask for Your Application! If you are unsure about your application, please contact us prior to purchase. This is a NON-Reusable, ONE Time Use Paint Mask. You will get exactly what is in the picture. If the writing is reversed in the picture, than that is what you will get. The Reversed Writing is for Interior Painting. It shows correctly on the outside of the body when painted. Look for the "-R" on the end of the part number.
- In this package, you'll receive a precise 8.5" x 12" Cut Graphic Design Mask and an accompanying 8" x 12" Transfer Tape. Comprehensive instructions are included for your convenience.
