Operation and Connection:
(Before installing, make sure that all the devices you wish to connect work properly.)
1. Connect the Micro USB power cable to the DC power input port of the product. The Micro USB power cable can be used to supply power to the product either by connecting it to a USB port or by connecting it to a power adapter (5V 500mA). The red indicator light is always on, indicating that the power supply is normal.
2. Locate the HDMI ARC port on your TV (the HDMI eARC port is also compatible with this product), and use an ARC-enabled HDMI cable (19+1 cores) to connect the HDMI ARC port on your TV to the ARC IN port on this product.
3. Switch the SDKDZKG ARC adapter switch to “ON” and use the TV remote control to turn on the ARC function of the TV.
4. Connect the audio output port of the ARC adapter to an external device via an audio cable and start working.

Common Problems and Solutions:
1. What should I do if the power supply of SDKDZKG HDMI ARC adapter is abnormal after normal connection?
(1) First check if the power indicator is on. If it is off, check if the power adapter or power cord is properly connected to the power connector.
(2) Check if the power adapter is DC 5V and the current is at or above 500mA.
2. What if there is no sound when the SDKDZKG HDMI ARC adapter is connected normally?
(1) First check if the TV supports ARC function. The TV source must support ARC function and configure HDMI ARC port to connect and work normally with this SDKDZKG ARC adapter.
(2) Check if the switch of SDK-A802 ARC Adapter D is on. The ARC function can only be turned on normally when the switch of this adapter is switched to “ON”.
(3) Please check if the ARC function is enabled on the TV. If not, you can use the TV remote control to turn on the ARC function.
(4) Check if the HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI ARC port of the TV source. Only the HDMI ARC port of the TV source can return the audio signal.

3. How to solve the problem of noises or abnormal operation when connecting speakers or headphones with RCA (R/L) connector, 3.5mm audio connector?
(1) Set the audio output of your TV to stereo output (PCM/LPCM 2-channel output).
(2) Plug and unplug the audio cable several times to check if there is poor contact with the cable or interface, or directly replace the audio cable to try to reconnect.
4. When using optical fiber, coaxial interface, no 5.1CH audio signal output how to do?
(1) First of all, check whether the current audio format played by the TV is 5.1CH.
(2) Set the TV's fiber optic port to source output (output unchanged compressed audio).
(3) When using optical and coaxial interfaces to connect amplifiers or speakers, if the speakers or amplifiers support decoding DTS and Dolby, then the TV does not need to set the audio output format, if the amplifiers do not support decoding DTS and Dolby, then the TV needs to set the audio output format of the TV to PCM output.
