A: Thoroughly mix pigment paste and remove bubbles to ensure proper curing.
Q: The squishy is difficult to demold.
A: 1.Apply petroleum jelly/ baby oil/ cream/ mold release to the detailed parts of the mold, such as the nose, feet, and corners. 2. Demold in water or soapy water. 3. Peel gently in one direction.
Q: Can I wash the squishies?
A: Yes, rinse with water or soap to remove stickiness.
Q: What’s the difference between color paste and liquid dye?
A: Similarities:
1. Both are liquids.
2. Both mix evenly.
Differences:
Pigment Dye:
Dyes typically produce transparent or translucent colors, ideal for when the material needs to retain its natural texture or transparency.
Pigment Paste:
Pigment pastes are used when a more opaque or long-lasting color is needed. They create solid, vibrant colors that are less likely to fade when exposed to light or air. They provide a highly concentrated, rich color and thicker consistency.
Mixing Instructions:
Mix the pigment paste well to avoid staining. For thorough drying after demolding, use a heat gun or hairdryer if staining occurs.

- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
