Simply add the desired amount of menthol crystals with a little water to your sauna ladle. Now you decide for yourself when you want to make your fresh infusion. To do this, simply pour the contents of the trowel carefully over the stones.
Make sure that the crystals have completely dissolved in the water.
Tips and notes:
- The menthol crystals hold their solid shape up to a temperature of about 42 degrees Celcius. Then the melting process begins.
Store the crystals as cool and dry as possible to avoid clumping. The resealable packaging protects against moisture and sunlight.
- Just like sauna newcomers should slowly approach the high temperature, touch the right amount of menthol crystals.
When dosing, please follow the information on the packaging. A quantity of 1-3 crystals per infusion is sufficient. Overdose can irritate the eyes and respiratory tract. Here does not matter: Much helps a lot! , but Enjoy in moderation!.
When used directly on the stones, the highest caution is applied. Menthol crystals are highly flammable, which may cause a flame.
