Handling Fees:

If you are coming to our warehouse to pick an item up there will be a $5.00-$15.00 handling fee depending on the size of the item. (Most items are $5.00).

If you are purchasing CD’s, the shipping fee is $3.00.

 

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 5 business days of RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. We ship items out usually on Wednesdays or Fridays.

We typically use FedEx or USPS for all of our shipping and the cost will be a flat rate quoted for each item. Shipping to Continental U.S. and Canada Only.

Payment

Payment is due immediately following the end of the auction. If payment is not made within 5 calendar days, you will be reported to eBay and the item will be relisted. Please contact us immediately if there is any reason why payment cannot be made within the 5 days.

Payment by PayPal is preferred.

Sales Tax

New York State law requires us to collect 8.75% sales tax on all purchases made by New York State Residents only. This is calculated on the final cost of the item including the shipping and handling charge.

Combined Shipping

As every situation is unique, please contact us regarding combination of shipping charges on multiple items.

We DO NOT combine shipping for CD’s.

Returns

We must be contacted within 7 business days of receipt of an item to discuss returns. Generally, returns for money back will only be accepted it an item is not as described in the listing. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
