Do you combine shipping?

- We prepare shipments daily and tender the packages to the USPS on Mondays, Wednesdays and fridays (excluding holidays and weekends). All orders are tendered to USPS employees and may or may not receive an acceptance scan at the time of tender. If no acceptance scan is completed at the time of tender, it may take up to one full business day for the package to show tracking movement.
USPS tracking shows my package was delivered but I never received it, where is it?
- There could be several explanations for this. Please see the possible scenarios below:
- Your package was likely prematurely scanned by the mail carrier as delivered. Sometimes mail carriers will scan packages as delivered and then drop them off later in the day or sometimes the next day.
- Your package may have been delivered to a neighbors house by mistake. Please check with your neighbors if this is the case.
- Your package may have been delivered to a different address. Please check that you provided the correct shipping address by reviewing your order details. If correct you can check with your local post office responsible for final delivery. They can check and see what GPS coordinates your package was delivered to.
- Your package may have been stolen. Unfortunately we are not be responsible for stolen articles once they have been delivered. Please ensure you provide a secure environment to receive packages so this does not happen.
Did you ship my package yet?
- If your order has a tracking number that means we have packaged your item(s) and will be tender to the USPS on the same or next day. All orders are tendered to USPS employees and may or may not receive an acceptance scan at the time of tender. If no acceptance scan is completed at the time of tender, it may take up to one full business day for the package to show tracking movement. In some rare cases the package may not get scanned into the USPS system and may show up in tracking as not received by the USPS.
Where's my package, tracking shows that a label was created and USPS hasn't received the item?
- If the USPS automated sorting equipment does not pick up your package's barcode during sorting, tracking information will not be updated as being accepted by the USPS. USPS normally does not scan each package in by hand. This does not mean that the package wasn't shipped or that USPS doesn't have your package. Please understand that the package is not in our custody and we don’t have any control over the delivery process. If more than seven days have passed since a shipping label was created a missing mail request can be filed on the USPS website. Please reach out to us and we'll gladly file a request on your behalf. Once a case is filed most packages are found and scanned into the USPS system. If more than seven business days have passed since a claim has been filed, we'll send out replacement items at NO cost to the buyer. All we ask is that you mark the original package, when it arrives, "Return to Sender" and place it back into the mail.
If the USPS sorting equipment didn't scan my package, then where is it?
- Your package was likely sorted into the standard First Class letters and will be routed along with other letters that do not have tracking. Your package could also be sitting at the post office waiting to be sorted or it still may be in the mailbox. Sometimes packages may sit for several days at our local post office before they get sorted and scanned into the USPS system.
Tracking shows my order is delayed and it's been 10 days since it was shipped. Can you give me an update as to where my package is?
- Unfortunately There is no further update we can give to you regarding your package. Please understand that the package is not in our custody and we don’t have any control over the delivery process. The package is with USPS and we don’t receive any special updates from USPS as a shipper. We can only see the tracking information provided by USPS which is also available to you.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items returned to us as a result of our error will receive a full refund,some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 7% of the total item price, please contact a customer care team member to see if your return is subject. Returns that arrived on time and were as described are subject to a restocking fee.
Items returned to us that were not the result of our error, including items returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price less our standard restocking fees.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Shipping Cost
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund:

- Refunds for orders purchased with IBSPOT Gift Cards and/or IBSPOT Notes will be issued as a IBSPOT Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Refund Processing
• Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.
• Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
Claims:
