Harmonic Balancer Puller Kit
- The Harmonic Shock Absorber Wheel Puller makes it easy to remove and replace spark plugs with its extra long length and leverage for hard-to-reach areas. Internal magnets on each socket hold spark plugs tightly without wearing them out. Heavy-duty locking ring provides superior durability and reinforces the swivel joint to keep the socket intact. Manufactured from heat-treated, durable chrome vanadium steel with a chrome plated finish, it rotates 360 degrees for maximum flexibility.
- The Harmonic Balancer Puller Kit is a comprehensive set of tools and accessories manufactured from durable Cr-V steel with a chrome and black oxide finish for removing and installing serpentine belts. It has a ratchet for easier tightening of the belt and a long extension bar that can be used in conjunction with the ratchet for maximum extension for adjustments in tight and obstructed spaces. This kit is perfect for makes and models with spring loaded belt tensioner pulleys.
How to use?
- After removing the drive belt from the pulley, use the ratchet to remove the pulley center bolt.
- Select an ejector bar from the kit and insert this ejector bar into the center bolt hole of the three-jawed pulley puller. Then lock the three jaws of the puller behind the pulley. (Note: the push rod must be the same length as the puller jaws to engage the pulley)
- Install the puller/pusher assembly onto the pulley. Make sure the puller jaws engage tightly with the back of the pulley.
- Using a 3/8“” center fly wrench or 19MM bolt, slowly turn the center bolt, apply top bar pressure and the puller will slowly pull the pulley out.
