This is a package of 8 sets of 1 1324720 bucket tooth, 2 nuts, and 2 bolts. The high hardness tooth is perfect for your high power ground engaging machines digging hard dirt, gravel, or sand. The Unitooth requires no retainer or extra welding. Simply drill into your bucket edge and secure the bolts to start digging.

TITAN FITNESS LIMITED WARRANTY


The Titan Warranty is a limited warranty that is provided to the initial retail purchaser of any Titan Fitness ("Titan") products ("Product") in return for consideration paid as part of the purchase price of the Product. Titan warrants that such Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when put to normal use and properly maintained (if applicable) for the warranty period as described below.


THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EACH OF WHICH IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED.


Warranty Period

The Warranty Period for all coverage begins from the date of purchase and will remain in place (subject to the conditions precedent and exclusions set forth below) for a period of one (1) year.


What is Covered

If a defect in material or workmanship is found in any Product covered by this limited warranty within the specified Warranty Coverage period, Titan will reimburse/pay for the repair or replacement of the Product as described in the Reimbursement provisions below, and subject to the limitations described in the Limitations of Reimbursement section of this limited warranty. Any Product repaired or replaced under this warranty will only be eligible for warranty coverage for the remaining portion of the original Product's warranty period.


Conditions Precedent to Submitting a Valid Warranty Claim

Titan shall have no obligations under this Limited Warranty to respond to any warranty claim that is submitted after the warranty coverage period has expired. Likewise, Titan shall have no obligation to respond to any warranty claim that is first submitted to Titan more than ninety (90) days after the date of a reported failure of the Product.

In connection with any claims submitted in a timely fashion within the applicable Product warranty coverage period, the Product owner/purchaser is required to provide Titan with information sufficient to substantiate the claim. As part of its evaluation of any claim, Titan may request that additional information be provided and/or may also request an inspection of the Product. In conjunction with any warranty claim, the owner/purchaser is obligated to use its best efforts to assist Titan in any investigation of the claim. Should the owner/purchaser fail to cooperate with Titan in connection with the investigation of a submitted warranty claim, then Titan shall be relieved of any obligation to make any payment/reimbursement on the claim.


Warranty Reimbursement Provisions and Limitations

With respect to Titan's obligations in response to a valid warranty claim, the following terms and conditions apply:

  1. Any decision to replace the Product or to provide payment for the parts and labor necessary to repair the Product shall be made at the sole discretion of Titan.
  1. Absent any agreement made in advance of any third party undertaking any work to repair any Product, Titan will not be responsible for any such expenses or costs.
  1. In all cases, Titan shall make the final determination as to the appropriate reimbursement for any warranty claim.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY

THE REMEDY OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PRODUCT UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY - AS MORE PARTICULARLY SPECIFIED IN THE WARRANTY REIMBURSEMENT PROVISIONS AND LIMITIATION ABOVE - CONSTITUTE THE OWNER'S/PURCHASER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER REMEDY. IN NO EVENT SHALL TITAN BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH ANY CLAIMED BREACH OF WARRANTY OR FOR ANY DELAY IN PERFORMANCE OF THIS WARRANTY.


Warranty Exclusions

The Limited Warranty shall not extend to any Product that has been subjected to the following:

  • accident, damage, negligence, abuse or misuse
  • improper assembly, installation and/or maintenance (if applicable),
  • abnormal operating conditions
  • alteration or modification
  • a purpose or application in any way different from that for which it was designed
  • General wear of a Product due to normal use is to be expected and does not give rise to any warranty claim

No Modification, Extension, or Transfer of Warranty

The Titan Limited Warranty is limited to the written terms as expressed in this document. Titan does not authorize anyone to change or extend the terms of this limited warranty in any manner. The Limited Warranty is not transferable to subsequent Product owners or users - or otherwise available to anyone other than the original retail purchaser that acquired the Product directly from Titan.


Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration

Within ninety (90) days of Titan's receipt of the owner's/purchaser's notice required pursuant to this Agreement, should the Product owner/purchaser and Titan be unable to reach an agreeable resolution on any question(s) regarding the applicability of this limited warranty and/or any final determination by Titan regarding any claim submitted pursuant to this limited warranty, then all parties agree that binding arbitration (as discussed in greater detail below) shall serve as the exclusive method for resolving any such disputes.

After the expiration of the ninety (90) day time period listed above, the parties agree that any unresolved claim made or asserted by an owner/purchaser of a Product covered by the Titan Limited Warranty that arises out of, in connection with, or otherwise relates in any way whatsoever to the Limited Warranty or the sale/performance of a Product must be resolved by binding arbitration and that no claims or lawsuits regarding the Product or any warranty related to the Product can be initiated in any municipal, county, state, federal, or any other court of general jurisdiction. The parties acknowledge that the purchase of any Product eligible for a Limited Warranty involves interstate commerce. The parties agree that arbitration shall be conducted pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. Sec. 1, et seq., and administered under the Commercial Dispute Resolution Procedures established by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The parties agree that should a dispute arise regarding the scope of this arbitration provision, the question of scope shall be delegated to the arbitrator(s) for determination.

Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the arbitration, including its attorney's fees, and the parties shall share equally the fees and expenses of arbitration and the arbitrator(s), except that the arbitrator(s) shall have the power to apportion the ultimate responsibility for all AAA fees in the final award. The arbitration proceedings and results are to remain confidential and are not to be disclosed without the written agreement of all parties, except to the extent necessary to effectuate the decision or award of the arbitrator(s) or as otherwise required by law.


Governing Law

The Titan Limited Warranty and the parties' relationship shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States (without regard to the choice of law rules).

If no damages or shortages are noted at the accepted delivery, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, items will be evaluated to ensure new condition before the refund is processed. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days and will show in your bank account on the original transaction date, minus the 20% restocking fee.
 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We may replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. You will be asked to provide photographs that provide a clear image of the quality issue in question. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

We try to get orders out as fast as possible. You may cancel your order prior to the order being processed. Once it is processed, we cannot cancel the order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Carriers :

Most of our items are shipped through common ground carriers (UPS, FEDEX), but we may also use USPS Priority Mail for smaller items.  Items shipped via ground shipping normally are delivered in about 3-5 business days, but in some cases, delivery can take up to 10 days.

Large items (over 150 LBS) are shipped by freight lines. Items shipped via freight normally are  delivered in 5-7 days, but in some cases, delivery can take up to 12 days.  Most freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and a signature is required except for FedEx Freight Direct. FedEx Freight Direct does not call to schedule an appointment or require a signature. With these deliveries, we receive photos of the delivered shipment and will use the photos as a reference if there are questions regarding that order delivery.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns that arrived on time and were as described are subject to a restocking fee.

Items returned to us that were not the result of our error, including items returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price less our standard restocking fees.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Shipping Cost

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund: 

  • Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. 
  • Refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
  • Refunds for orders purchased with IBSPOT Gift Cards and/or IBSPOT Notes will be issued as a  IBSPOT Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless  required by law. 

Refund Processing 

• Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5  business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. 

• Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account. 

Claims: 

Claims related to the product. Be sure to check the details of your purchase carefully before you make the payment, and  check the contents of the package(s) promptly upon receipt. If you have a problem with the product, visit our Support  Center to find out about return shipping arrangements.

WRONG PRODUCT: 

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us Mail: support@ibspot.com. With photos of the wrong product we will providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement a product immediately. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,  damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as  beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or  gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return  is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
