Im völlig neu überarbeiteten Design präsentiert sich der Trodat Professional 4.0.
Umfassende Markt- und Feldforschung in diversen Ländern gingen mit dem Design-Prozess einher. Die neueste Generation sollte den Anforderungen in der Anwendung bestmöglich gerecht werden. Hierbei wurde einerseits mit Branchenexperten aber gleichzeitig auch mit x-beliebigen Menschen getestet. Alle diese Erkenntnisse und die eigene langjährige Erfahrung in der Stempelerzeugung wurden letztendlich im neuen Trodat Professional umgesetzt.
Eine robuste und stabile Konstruktion garantiert langjährigen und intensiven Einsatz. Geschliffener Edelstahl spiegelt die hochwertige Verarbeitung des Stempels wider.
Die breiter gestalteten Datumsräder sowie neuer Bandantrieb ermöglichen müheloses Einstellen des Datums.
Gleichzeitig greift es sich leichter auf die Datumsräder, da die seitlichen Gehäuseelemente schlanker gestaltet wurden.
Spezielle Griffzonen and den Standfüssen machen des Hantieren mit dem Datum oder beim Kissenwechsel einfacher.
Völlig neue Fingerschutz-Elemente und Grifflaschen garantieren gleichzeitig bei beidem auch saubere Finger.
Beim Stempelkissen selbst erleichtert die Grifflasche am Kissendeckel die Abnahme. Das optimierte Führungs und Rastsystem sorgt für leichtgängigen Austausch.
Die Trodat Professional Produktserie 4.0 ist klimaneutral. Dieses Ziel wird in drei Schritten erreicht. Ein kompaktes, modernes Produktdesign erlaubt wesentliche Einsparungen der verarbeiteten Materialien. Der Trodat Professional 4.0. ist kleiner und deutlich leichter als sein Vorgänger. Durch Einsatz von bis zu 75% an Pre- und Post-Consumer Recyclingkunststoff sowie Verwendung von 100% Ökostrom wird der CO2-Fußabdruck wesentlich gegenüber dem Vorgänger reduziert. Zuallerletzt kompensiert Trodat einen verbleibenden unvermeidbaren CO2-Fußabdruck durch Investitionen im vom WWF empfohlene Gold Standard Klimaschutzprojekte.
Der Trodat Professional 4.0 ist überdies mit dem Österreichischen Umweltzeichen ausgezeichnet. Bei diesem Umweltzeichen wird besonders auf folgende Aspekte geachtet: Qualität, Gebrauchstauglichkeit, Langlebigkeit Gesundheit und Sicherheit für Menschen Umwelt (ökologische Kriterien)
Die Grundlage für die Zertifizierung eines Produktes bilden über 80 Richtlinien mit verbindlichen Kriterien. Sie werden unter Einbindung von Umwelt- und Fachexperten erstellt und alle vier Jahre überarbeitet. Es wird der „Lebenszyklus-Ansatz“ angewendet: Betrachtet werden dabei Produkte inklusive Verpackung, Information und Service, und das über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg, also von der Rohstoffgewinnung bis zur Entsorgung.
