How to Use
1.Gently bend the grillz to fit the shape of your mouth.
2. Place the silicone molding bar into the opening of the grillz.
3. Adjust the back hooks of the grillz so that the molding bar fits tightly.
4. Boil water and use tweezers/tongs to pick up the grillz and molding bar together and place them into the water.
5. Submerge the grillz and molding bar for 20-30 seconds or until the molding bar starts to become clear.
6. Using the tweezers to pick up the grillz, place them on to your teeth. While the molding bar is still soft. Adjust as necessary, then keep them in place for about 2 minutes so the molding bars can harden.
