SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped within 1 or 2 business days upon receipt of payment. All orders are shipped regular ground, unless other arrangements have been made (overnight, next day etc.).
All orders will ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS and are billed to the customer. All large orders and items over 150 lbs. will ship via freight carrier - please provide business name and address.
If setting up your own freight, please note, it is at your own expense and liability.
All international shipping requests are to be arranged through buyer.
PAYMENT:
Payment in full is expected before the item is shipped. Net 30 is offered upon credit approval. Interest of 1.5% per month may be charged on all past due payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal from all customers. Wire transfers may be accepted for payments in excess of $5000.00.
RETURNS:
All returns are subject to prior approval. Customers must contact The Electric Barn, Inc. to obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. The RGA number must be written on the box or packing slip in order for the return to be processed. Returns can be made for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date of the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless other arrangements have been made. Money for items damaged in shipping will not be refunded. Once inspected by an authorized representative of the company and the product is found to be in the same condition sent, a company credit or refund will be given. Non-warranty related returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns made under an Electric Barn Warranty Policy are subject to additional conditions as outlined in the warranty.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items returned to us as a result of our error will receive a full refund,some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 7% of the total item price, please contact a customer care team member to see if your return is subject. Returns that arrived on time and were as described are subject to a restocking fee.
Items returned to us that were not the result of our error, including items returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price less our standard restocking fees.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Cost
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Refunds for orders purchased with IBSPOT Gift Cards and/or IBSPOT Notes will be issued as a IBSPOT Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Refund Processing
• Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.
• Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
Claims:
Claims related to the product. Be sure to check the details of your purchase carefully before you make the payment, and check the contents of the package(s) promptly upon receipt. If you have a problem with the product, visit our Support Center to find out about return shipping arrangements.
