Information regarding exchange/return

​

▶ Due to the nature of purchasing agency products, we do not provide A/S directly.

▶ In case of defective products or incorrect delivery, we will bear all costs incurred.

(For processing, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.)

▶ You can apply for exchange/return within 7 days after delivery.

After 7 days, it is difficult to process because overseas companies do not accept exchanges/returns.

▶ When applying for an exchange/return due to a simple change of mind, the round-trip shipping cost (return fee, initial shipping fee, etc.) is borne by the customer.

If you have paid customs duties and taxes, you must receive a refund directly.

▶ Due to the nature of overseas direct purchasing, product renewal may occur.

Please note that products may be shipped in packaging that is different from the image on the detail page. This is the same product with different packaging.

This does not apply to reasons for exchange/return.

▶ The cases where exchange/return is not possible even within 7 days are as follows.

A/S information

​

▶ The world warranty policy is different for each brand, so some brands allow domestic store A/S and some do not.

▶ For A/S, please contact the domestic store of the brand you wish to purchase.

Shipping information

​

▶ The delivery period for products shipped overseas takes approximately 7 to 20 days.

Delivery schedule may be slightly delayed due to overseas national holidays or bad weather.

▶ When converting to local currency, customs and value-added taxes will be charged for products priced over $150 (US$200) in USD and must be paid separately.

▶ Please note that if additional orders are placed on the same day or on different days and the arrival date is the same, combined taxation may be processed depending on whether the taxation standard is exceeded.

▶ In the case of health functional foods, you can only purchase up to 6 units (cans), and if you exceed them, they will be discarded at customs.

Due to this, refunds and exchanges are not possible. (Fees due to disposal and customs/value-added tax for combined taxation are borne by the customer)

▶ If the personal customs clearance code does not match, customs clearance is not possible.

The personal customs clearance code/mobile phone number must match the name of the recipient.

▶ Once the status has moved to preparing for delivery, delivery to the overseas local shipping location has begun. If you cancel your order due to a simple change of mind at this stage,

Local shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

▶ An invoice number is issued/entered as soon as delivery from overseas to Korea begins.

Cancellation of delivery is not possible at this stage, and you must process a return after receiving the product.

▶ For some products, the packaging may be opened due to customs inspection during customs clearance, and please understand that this cannot be a reason for exchange/return.
