Shipping: Photo prints smaller than 8.5x11 I generally ship in rigid cardboard mailing envelopes. Prints 11x14 and larger generally ship in shipping tubes or boxes.
Handling/Printing time: is usually about 2 business days or less.

Note: As the images and files I use for reproductions are very high quality scans of old prints and photographs; they may have old ink stamps markings, various other marks, writing, etc; that will of course become more visible once you receive your large size print or photograph. This is not applicable to all photographs and prints I have available, but some do have this. So if this is an issue, let me know before you order, and I will review the particular print or photograph; and then let you know the details.
I use much larger file sizes to create the reproduction photographs than shown here in the photo. So you won't have to worry about image quality in general in larger size prints. If there are any issues simply let me know, and I will do all I can to fix any issue. I do the best I possibly can to make a great looking reproduction photograph or print.
Sizing: As I offer multiple sizes per image, most older photos do not fit exactly to modern day photo sizing. If any altering or cropping of the image is required; I make sure to reproduce the best possible image, and composition, for a particular size chosen.
Finish: The majority of my photographs and prints are created on either satin, vivid, gloss or semi-gloss using professional photo paper; it mostly depends on what I feel looks best for a particular reproduction. If you are looking for a matte finish, let me know before ordering; and I will see if I offer that option in the size you are interested in.
Issues or returns: If you have an issue with your print or photograph, let me know, please! And I will make the situation right.
I do offer returns if there is an issue, and I will re-send a print if it was damaged. If any issues let me know. I never re-sell returned prints, so any print you receive will be brand new.
I rarely receive more than a few orders per print and size in a year. Each print I make is created one at a time, either by myself, in my studio- or, in some cases, by a commercial photographic print center- to the specifications that you order.

- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Item Not Received
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
