The Smart Heated Heat Belt is an innovative, portable device designed to provide targeted warmth for the lower back, pelvic and kidney area. The belt features innovative graphene technology, integrated sensors and intelligent control via smartphone that allows the heat output to be precisely tailored to the needs of the user. The temperature adjustment can be done manually, via the Vulpés mobile application or via voice control (only for iOS). The settings as well as other smart functions such as the timer allow the user to adjust the temperature and duration of the heat as needed. The heat belt adapts to the individual body shape, can be worn comfortably under clothing and sits comfortably on the skin due to the ultra-thin and breathable materials. Using the Vulpés intelligent heated heat belt can relieve muscle tension, relieve pain and promote general relaxation, making it a useful tool for tension, back pain, muscle fatigue, lumbago, arthritis, herniated discs, kidney discomfort, stenosis, sciatica.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
