The Wagner phosphating rust converter is a powerful solution for combating corrosion. Thanks to its thin formula, it penetrates deep into the rust layers and stops corrosion immediately. It not only removes surface rust, but also acts on deep-seated rust layers. At the same time, the rust remover chemically heals the porous surface structure eroded by corrosion. This creates a firm, durable metal surface that can be easily painted, coated, tinned or galvanised. The rust remover can be easily diluted in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 with water and works reliably even at extreme dilutions of 1:60. During treatment, a phosphated protective layer forms that permanently protects the metal from further rust. The Wagner rust converter is ready for use from 0°C and requires no heating. For optimal protection, the treated surface can then be further processed with coating plastic, varnish, resin or zinc. Note on waste oil disposal: we take back the amount of combustion engine or gear oil purchased from us as waste oil free of charge for the purpose of professional disposal. This also applies to oil filters and oil-containing waste that occurs during oil change. Please note that waste oil must be marked as hazardous goods when dispatched and packed in suitable containers. The cost of shipping is to be paid by you.
