The food itself is a great food; however, when I opened the two bags that I had ordered from Amazon, there was a really “off” smell about the food but I thought it was just my nose playing tricks on me. When I fed my dogs later that evening, however, they wouldn’t even touch it. And I mean they wouldn’t even touch it. They have eaten this food before so it wasn’t new to them, but they just would not touch it and that smell was unmistakably just OFF. I ended up throwing it out because I didn’t want to return it for fear that it would get fed to another animal. Something just didn’t seem right about those particular bags of food that I received. I decided not to chance it and I ordered from their regular pet store.

Had my baby on Wellness Core for many months and although this product is rated 5 stars on dogfoodadvisor.com , I couldn't figure out what was causing her itching and ear infections. Vet suggested removing chicken from her diet for a while. I read on the advisor site to switch pup on a no chicken no grain diet too. I came across the Wellness Simple which is only rated 4 stars but decided to try it anyway and so far very happy with the results. I observed less scratching and less time licking paws with no ear infections in over a month. Simple has no chicken , the only difference I see versus their Core product. Switching over to the Simple product was very easy too since the types are very similar. Note: her stools have improved as well.

It helps his digestion( no pooping 5 times a day ). The price on here is fantastic,almost $10 cheaper than in store, and I don't have to go get it. Rural living means to go get this would take 3hrs round trip. I recommend getting the Dash button, it costs $5 which they discount your first order by when you use it ...So it's technically free .. Our 4 year old lab mix recently had to have 40% of his intestines removed. We were told by our vet that he would most likely have digestive issues the rest of his life, accompanied by diarrhea. After a soft diet the first week post surgery, we decided to give this brand a try. We soak it in water before serving it to him, but he has had no issues, or diarrhea at all while on this food. I would gladly pay a little bit more for this food with quality ingredients, to know he is getting the most nutrition out of it. I will highly recommend this food to anyone who dog has digestive or gastrointestinal issues.

My doberman developed digestive issues after taking antibiotics. Did some testing at the vet to make sure he didn't have worms/parasites etc. Tests came back normal so I googled "best food for dogs with sensitive stomachs". This brand was mentioned on several lists, so I tried it. Within days, he was having normal stools. Very, very grateful after having several months of gooey waste to pick up! It's an expensive brand, but about $20 bucks cheaper on Amazon than at the specialty pet stores. It would be nice if it came in a larger amount like 30 pounds or more, but it's doable.

Whether you are looking for a food for your new dog or for your long time companion, it is important to understand the benefits of feeding your dog the best recipe to meet his/her needs. #### Food Allergies and Ingredient Intolerances
_Food intolerance_ refers to a gastrointestinal response triggered by certain ingredients. For instance, a dog with a sensitive stomach may not be able to tolerate certain ingredients that then lead to diarrhea, vomiting or irritable bowel. The reasons for food intolerance are unknown.
A _food allergy_ refers to an immune response to a particular ingredient in food that can cause itching, scratching, hot spots, hair loss, ear and eye secretions or excessive licking. A dog may be born with specific allergies, or they may build over time from prolonged exposure to certain ingredients. The most common food allergens for dogs are beef, dairy products and wheat. (The most common offenders are some of the most common ingredients in dog foods.)

The food itself is a great food; however, when I opened the two bags that I had ordered from Amazon, there was a really “off” smell about the food but I thought it was just my nose playing tricks on me. When I fed my dogs later that evening, however, they wouldn’t even touch it. And I mean they wouldn’t even touch it. They have eaten this food before so it wasn’t new to them, but they just would not touch it and that smell was unmistakably just OFF. I ended up throwing it out because I didn’t want to return it for fear that it would get fed to another animal. Something just didn’t seem right about those particular bags of food that I received. I decided not to chance it and I ordered from their regular pet store.

Had my baby on Wellness Core for many months and although this product is rated 5 stars on dogfoodadvisor.com , I couldn't figure out what was causing her itching and ear infections. Vet suggested removing chicken from her diet for a while. I read on the advisor site to switch pup on a no chicken no grain diet too. I came across the Wellness Simple which is only rated 4 stars but decided to try it anyway and so far very happy with the results. I observed less scratching and less time licking paws with no ear infections in over a month. Simple has no chicken , the only difference I see versus their Core product. Switching over to the Simple product was very easy too since the types are very similar. Note: her stools have improved as well.

Rural living means to go get this would take 3hrs round trip. I recommend getting the Dash button, it costs $5 which they discount your first order by when you use it ...So it's technically free .. Our 4 year old lab mix recently had to have 40% of his intestines removed. We were told by our vet that he would most likely have digestive issues the rest of his life, accompanied by diarrhea. After a soft diet the first week post surgery, we decided to give this brand a try. We soak it in water before serving it to him, but he has had no issues, or diarrhea at all while on this food. I would gladly pay a little bit more for this food with quality ingredients, to know he is getting the most nutrition out of it. I will highly recommend this food to anyone who dog has digestive or gastrointestinal issues.

My doberman developed digestive issues after taking antibiotics. Did some testing at the vet to make sure he didn't have worms/parasites etc. Tests came back normal so I googled "best food for dogs with sensitive stomachs". This brand was mentioned on several lists, so I tried it. Within days, he was having normal stools. Very, very grateful after having several months of gooey waste to pick up! It's an expensive brand, but about $20 bucks cheaper on Amazon than at the specialty pet stores. It would be nice if it came in a larger amount like 30 pounds or more, but it's doable.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items returned to us as a result of our error will receive a full refund,some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 7% of the total item price, please contact a customer care team member to see if your return is subject. Returns that arrived on time and were as described are subject to a restocking fee.
Items returned to us that were not the result of our error, including items returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price less our standard restocking fees.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Cost
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refund:

Refund Processing
• Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. • Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
