1.Please note that it is normal to have insulation time changes when the box is affected by multiple factors such as the external environment. Because it is used in practice only as a medium to delay the loss of temperature. Opening the box several times will also change insulation time. And the more internal filling the longer the constant temperature time will be.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
