Kinesiology Tape:

Athletic tape is designed to reduce muscle swelling and ligament strains by providing support and proprioceptive feedback and improving blood and lymph flow and circulation, allowing for faster recovery and better injury prevention.

How does it work?

1: Once physio tape bulk is stretched and applied to the skin, the tension of the muscle tape kinesiology tape and waved adhesive pull the skin and produce local wrinkles.

2: By lifting this skin to increase the fascial space between the skin and muscles, kinesiology tape allows the lymphatic drainage channels to drain swelling and other inflammatory cells away from the injured area quickly.

Tracking & Notifications
