Elevate your designs with XVinyl Puff PU Heat Transfer Vinyl – a revolutionary polyurethane-based vinyl that rises upon heating.
Application instructions
- Design & Cut: Place the vinyl down and use a cutting machine to mirror your desired pattern.
- Weeding: Carefully remove the excess vinyl, leaving only your final design on the clear carrier sheet.
- Heat Press: Preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds to remove any moisture ow wrinkles. Set your heat press to the recommended temperature of 150°C. Use Manul Heat Press only.
- Pressing: Place your design on the fabric and apply heat and apply high pressure evenly for 8-10 seconds.
- Peeling: Wait for the design to cool completely before gently peeling off the carrier sheet. It’s ok to pell warm. Press the design for another 3-5 seconds after removing the carrier sheet.

Washing instructions:
★ Wash it after 24 hours, turn the garment over before you wash it.
