When a product is found to be defective, Auto_Brakeparts will pay for the shipping of the replacement parts to the original purchaser. Warranty and USPS related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to: Mechanic Diagnosis, Pictures, Video or Shipment back to the manufacturer.

The original purchaser is responsible for packaging and delivery to a USPS driver or suitable USPS facility for return shipment. All returned auto parts must be accompanied by an approved RMA number provided by Auto_Brakeparts.
No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.
