About Measurement
1. Please choose a room where temperature is appropriate for measuring, and keep your body relaxed, sit on a chair, put your feet on the ground and keep your body upright with your back straight.
 2. Please keep position of your heart and blood pressure monitor in the same line as shown in the following picture.
Measurement will be affected with different body condition, time and other various factors, so don't take blood pressure after sporting, be relaxed for 5 mins at least before measuing, don't speak in during, and please use it with same time of every time if you can.

1.The measure reading is not accurate?
For get more accurate result,please follow these tips:
- Sit still for five minutes before measurement.
- Be seated in a chair with back support.
- Put your arms out in front of the table with your palms up and your fingers soft.
- Place a towel between the elbow and the sphygmomanometer to keep the arm stable.
- Keep the sphygmomanometer at the same height as the heart.
- Attention: Repeated measurement will lead to congestion of the wrist and affect the measurement results. Improvement method: raise the left hand and shake the fist several times, or take off the cuff and rest for at least 4-5 minutes before measurement.
2.What does the error message on the screen indicate and how to deal with it?
- When error 1 is displayed, the sensor signal is abnormal, indicating that the component is damaged and cannot be measured, please tell us for processing.
- When error 2 is displayed, please tighten the cuff and measure again.
- When error 3 is displayed, please keep your arm or body still and measure again.
- When error 4 is displayed, it means the cuff is too loose or air leakage, please tighten the cuff and measure again.
- When error 5 is displayed, the cuff is too tight or the air circuit is blocked, adjust the cuff and measure again.
- When error 6 is displayed, it means serious pressure interference during measurement, please hold your arm or body still and measure again.
- When error 7 is displayed, it means the pressure value exceeds 295mmHg (39.33Kpa), please remeasure.
3.How to delete the old records?
- When viewing the memory, press and hold the [MEM] key while holding down the [START / STOP] key for 2 seconds. When the screen displays all "-", the memory will be deleted.
- Attention: Memory deletion is to delete all measurement data under one user at a time.
