More noisy, too many passes needed to remove the hair. This could also be the reason for my recent breakouts (other possibility is a cleanser formula change), but either way it’s getting frustrating to use this product when it used to be so easy beforeUpdate: there was a transparent plastic guard of some sort installed over the blade. I got rid of it and now getting the performance I’m used to. Few passes, zero pain, hair-free. I mostly use this for random hairs that sprout on my face…

I bought this thing and I mean the light helps but it’s not sharp enough. I didn’t like it since it only cuts half lol and still leaves you those small annoying hairs in your face or eyebrows

I purchased this same exact product several years ago and needed a new one. I found the blade to be rough on my face and was taken by surprise at how the blade was literally scraping the skin on my face! Ugh!

I thought this shape might do a bit better job than the round one. And it did on my cheeks. But not as good on my chin. I didn't think the light was necessary for me. Still, for the price, not a bad deal.

I’ve tried waxing, shaving, trimming. This was the only product to make me not itch and not get ingrowns. I use this and swear by it to shave my bikini area.

I got this for reshaping my eyebrows, though it also works great for small fixes to beard or hair lining for men. The shaver is very gentle, so I can be sure my skin will not get caught. Sometimes, however, that guard can be inconvenient. For instance, I can tell that there is a short stubble left over that would have been removed with a model without the plastic in the way of the shaver. So, while it is very reliable, has great battery life and a light to help you see, the cut is not as close as some other shavers are able to provide. Overall, this is still very useful, especially because of its slim design, which makes it great for travel and comfortable use. Didn’t care for this one. Not as powerful as I hoped. I purchased a different model shortly thereafter.

I had to tear up the packaging to get the item out or I would return it. To remove unwanted hairs, I had to go over the skin on my face so many times that it made me red and sore. The shaving head is so small and it is not effective. The light is nice but it is below the shaving head and doesn't shine where you need it. I definitely would not buy this product.
